Agriculture 2.0

How would you like to grow food 2.5 times faster, reduce product loss from 50% to 10%, and only use 1% of the water normally used? They’re doing this in Japan now by growing plants indoors, and carefully controlling the light, humidity, etc. This may well be the future of farming.
