What to do every day

Even if you don’t have homework assigned by a teacher, you still have work to do.

Improve your notes. Go over today’s classes notes and rewrite them. Usually the notes you take in class are rushed. Now, while the material is fresh in your mind, go over your notes and rewrite anything that is unclear. Add more details. Make your notes something really useful.

You should be reviewing your notes every day. Look over them. If you’re using the Cornell note taking system, quiz yourself on every topic you have details for. When you do this, you will find that studying the day before the quiz/test is a breeze and not stressful at all. This is like the opposite of cramming the night before, which doesn’t work at all.

Go through the cards on today’s Spaced Repetition.
