The more often you are exposed to something, the better you will remember it. Each time you review something, the neural pathways in the brain get stronger, and it becomes easier to remember. This is why coaches have players repeat the same task over and over — they will become better players. The more often you study something, the better you will do on the test.
This is why teachers say the same things over and over again, hopefully changing the wording a bit. It’s also why we come back to the main topic of the previous lesson the next day.
So use this when studying. As I mention in the studying page, you should be reviewing your notes many times, and not just on the day before a test. This review helps solidify your understanding.
